I am a certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher since 2018 and I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years.

My yoga training, rooted in the ancient teachings of Sivananda, took place in the serene landscapes of Kerala, India. This immersive experience not only deepened my understanding of yoga but also provided a cultural and spiritual enrichment that informs my approach to well-being.

I offer a practice that enables you to connect deeply and truly to your inner-self, becoming more mindful, and shifting your focus on your senses and somatic experiences. 
Through breathing, asanas and meditation, yoga brings stillness, concentration and vitality in a very powerful and pleasant manner.
